Small Group Breathwork Class

Service Description
Have you tried meditating, but feel like you just get even more anxious or stuck in your head? Breathwork is an amazing way to bypass the over-thinking mind, get grounded, and connect with your inner self and intuition. In this practice we follow the rise and fall of the breath, like ocean waves, from the low belly to the heart, noticing and breathing through areas of tension. This type of intentional, diaphragmatic breathing regulates the nervous system, massages the organs, and calms the mind. Breathwork can help you find stillness and peace and/or get inspired to navigate change and transition. Small groups are perfect for those experienced in breathwork practice or those exploring it for the first-time. The collective energy of the group provides encouragement, momentum, and support for you to deepen your practice and connect to your higher self. This 90 minute class is capped at 6 participants. Brief writing prompts before and after the breathwork practice will help you set your intention and integrate your experience. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and journal.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. You will be charged the full service fee for late cancellations--appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.
